Responsibilities:

  • On-site management of inbound tour groups and maintenance and development of client relationships
  • Expansion of international markets and acquisition of new overseas clients
  • Preparation of tailor-made travel proposals and provision of professional consultation
  • Coordination of all services for tour groups within China
  • Achievement of sales targets and continuous enhancement of customer satisfaction
 

Requirements:

  • Excellent command of at least one of the following languages: English, French, Spanish, Russian, Italian, Japanese, or others
  • Professional experience in the tourism industry with solid knowledge of inbound tourism operations
  • Strong communication and organizational skills with a high level of service orientation
  • Proven sales capability and ability to develop markets
  • An existing client portfolio is an advantage
 

Compensation:

To be agreed, consisting of base salary, performance-based bonus, and commission

  • Acquisition and development of corporate clients as well as high net worth private clients
  • Consultation and design of individualized travel concepts
  • Maintenance and expansion of long-term client relationships

  • Completed vocational training or university degree, preferably in Tourism Management, Marketing, or a related field
  • Solid knowledge of relevant domestic or international destinations
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team
  • Passion for the tourism industry and ability to perform under pressure

To be agreed, with an attractive remuneration package including performance-based commission and annual bonus

Internship Program

Project Overview:
